Let me introduce myself
I have come to believe that treatment is about increasing one’s connection with the present, while seeking solutions, rather than being stuck in one’s past.
My goal with any client is to work with them, so that they can feel part of the treatment process.
I take a solution-oriented approach towards addressing factors that lead someone to treatment. In addition, I believe that the client already has the strengths and resources to change, and counseling is focused on bringing these to light.
